  3. Private airport pickup service for Gold and Platinum tier members requires advance booking and confirmation by the hotel; it is limited to one pickup per reservation and is available for vehicles with a maximum capacity of 9 seats.

Make sure your stay counts

  • The full name on your booking must exactly match the full name on your loyalty card.
  • The cardholder must be listed as one of the guests in the booking. Rewards are not earned if the cardholder is not included as a guest.

Cumulative qualifying nights from enrolment, with no annual reset. One qualifying night per member per night actually stayed, regardless of the number of rooms booked. Only eligible paid direct stays count; cancelled bookings, no-shows, complimentary nights and OTA/agent stays are excluded. Nights are credited after check-out; the new tier applies to future bookings once credited. Previous stays may be reviewed by the hotel during launch enrolment.

Is membership free?

Yes. Joining HAIAN Loyalty is complimentary, and New member benefits are available immediately after account verification.

Sign in before searching for rooms on our official website. Eligible rates will reflect your current membership discount. Your confirmation will show the selected rate and its booking conditions.

Under the proposed rules, only eligible direct stays earn qualifying nights and member stay benefits. During launch, returning guests may request a review of previous stays for membership recognition.

The launch proposal uses cumulative qualifying nights without an annual reset. Final validity and any future program changes must be confirmed in the published membership terms.

You earn one qualifying night for each night you personally stay in an eligible booked room. Additional rooms booked for other guests do not multiply your qualifying nights.

Use the exact full name shown on your loyalty card and include the cardholder as a guest in the booking. A booking made for other guests without the cardholder does not earn rewards.

Nights are credited after the hotel verifies your completed stay. If you reach a new threshold, your upgraded tier applies to future bookings once the credit is recorded.
